BC-300 eXtreme Brass Shell Casing Pre-Soak | This product is a compound designed for use in vibratory finishing applications using hardened steel, hard ceramic or porcelain burnishing media. BC-300X has more active ingredients in the formula for extended duty for more soil control. This compound is formulated for use on all metals except magnesium and will remove light rust and oxidation from metal parts, while at the same time cleaning the surface of the metal. This compound will produce chrome like finishes with steel media. The concentration for the usage of this compound is 1⁄4 to 3 oz per gallon of water used in the machine. For best use on brass or copper adjust the compound ration into the machine so that the pH of the solution in the finishing bowl should have a pH of about 4 -4.5. When using as a pre-soak for brass casings use a dilution ratio of 4% BC-300 eXtreme with water. Pre-Soak for 2 hours, or your preference. This compound has a pH of 3.5 – 4 and has a corrosion inhibitor built in to the product to protect the parts as well as the media during process. After machine shut down we do recommend the use of our inhibiting compound for steel media AR-620. |

Aqua 2000 | This product is a multi-use blend of surfactants that can be applied to almost infinite number of uses. Its unique cleaning ability produces clean surfaces by emulsifying grease and oils, buffing compounds, oxidation, solder flux, and tarnish. Aqua 2000 is designed to be used in mass finishing equipment for a high detergency cleaning/burnishing compound. We have found thru use in process laboratories that Aqua 2000 is an excellent product for use in ultra-sonic cleaning systems. The recommended use ratio for Aqua 2000 is 10:1 or 8:1 (water to Aqua 2000) for general purpose cleaning applications. For heavy soil 5:1 has been found to work for most applications. This compound rinses clean with water and leaves metal and stone surfaces with a bright luster. This product works best when metered into the system with a compound metering pump.
